Introduction To Analytics!

Hello Everyone! Today we are discussing about Introduction to Analytics. So let's start first we discuss about,

  • What Is Analytics?
Analytics is the systematic computational analysis of data or statistics. It is used for the discovery interpretation, and communication of meaningful patterns in data. It also entails applying data patterns toward effective decision-making.

   • What are the types/ techniques of Analytics?

There are  types of Analytics that are Predictive Analytics, Prescriptive  Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Web  Analytics & etc.

  •  Hence, we discuss about these various types of Analytics techniques in detail.

      1.  Predictive Analytics :- Predictive analytics is a branch of advanced analytics that makes predictions about future out comes using historical data combined with statistical modeling, data mining techniques and machine learning. Companies employ predictive analytics to find patterns  in this data to identify risks and opportunities. Predictive analytics is often associated with  Data Science & Big Data Analytics.

     2Prescriptive  Analytics :-

Prescriptive analytics is a form of business analytics which suggests decision options for  how to take  advantage of a future opportunity or mitigate a future risk, and shows the implication of each decision option.

      3. Data Analytics :-

It improves the speed and  efficiency of your business. We use tools  for Analytics techniques like for

  1.  Data Visualization :- Tableau, MS Power BI, Google Data  Studio, Qliksense, etc
  2.  Data Analysis :-  Mysql, MS SQL. Oracle, IBM DB2, Python & etc.
  3.  Data Wrangling & ETL :- Informatica, AWS, MS Azure & etc.

      4Business Analytics & Business Intelligence :-

Business intelligence (BI) is software that makes  business data and presents it in user- friendly views such as reports, dashboards, charts and graphs.

Business Analytics is the technique  and processing historical business data Analyzing that  data to identify trends, patterns, and Profit and Loss of Business. Making data-driven business  decisions  based on those insight.

     5. Data Science :-

Data science is the study of data to extract meaningful insights for business. It is a  fields of mathematics, statistics, artificial intelligence, and computer engineering to analyze large  amounts of data. This analysis helps data scientists to ask and answer questions like what  happened, why it happened, what will happen, and what can be done with the results.

    6.Web Analytics

Web analytics is the measurement, collection, analysis, and reporting of web data to understand and optimize web usage. Web analytics is not just a process for measuring  web  traffic but can be used as a tool for business and market research and assess and  improve website effectiveness. We use tools like Google Analytics for Website Analytics.

  • So are Discussing about job roles in Analytics & the salaries in India :-

     2. Business/System Analyst :- 4,50,000-26,00,000 per annum (On Average)
     3. Data Scientist :- 6,50,000 - 45,00,000 per annum (On Average)
     4. BI Analyst/ Developer :- 3,50,000 - 15,00,000 per annum (On Average)

Thank you so much! I hope you you will get information about analytics & there fields.
